We are a group of professional people with a focus on providing quality subsidized housing for veterans and seniors. At the present time, we are interested in purchasing projects in New York. Our plan is to utilize a professional not-for-profit management company to help us develop a group of homes that have a life style in which veterans and seniors can participate. This would include activities in the local community. Our partnership will work closely with the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal for Senior Housing in New York. We also intend to work closely with other institutions interested in building affordable housing.

	Amenities: all modern conveniences: gourmet kitchens, energy star appliances, energy-friendly HVAC and maximum insulation
	We will survey the area to determine the need for this project to utilize cable TV, senior newspapers, local town, county, and senior organizations
	Build a unique model we can use for future projects
